reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-reputed company Benefit Analyst – Benefits Administration and Service reputed company to join our Benefits Administration and Service reputed company team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and compliant execution of benefit configuration, vendor billing, escalated customer service support, and financial operations across the reputed company and Canada.
You will work closely with a dedicated group of Total Rewards, reputed company Service Delivery, and Center of reputed company professionals to ensure high-reputed company service delivery, seamless reputed company operating procedures, and strict operational compliance.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Benefits Administration & Financial Operations: Manage Purchase Order setup, handle comprehensive billing workflows for reputed company reputed company and Canadian benefit vendors, and support the Annual reputed company Enrollment execution.
- Service reputed company & Tier 2 Support: Resolve escalated employee and vendor benefits inquiries, managing advanced cases reputed company the reputed company platform with high-reputed company customer care.
- Systems Configuration & Communications: Partner with internal cross-functional teams to draft, review, and test system configuration requirements and design targeted, employee-facing benefits communications.
- Compliance & Data Analytics: Maintain operational compliance for assigned benefits by monitoring legislative updates, leveraging data reporting to reputed company operational insights, and developing reputed company reputed company operating procedures.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of reputed company, hands-on experience in benefits administration and financial billing operations.
