reputed company is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Maltese speaking Customer Service Representative for their office in Athens, Greece.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incoming customer calls, chats, emails and messages professionally

• Identify customer needs and reputed company appropriate solutions

• reputed company accurate information using internal tools and systems

• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication

• Build and maintain reputed company customer relationships

• Meet individual and team performance KPIs and reputed company standards

• Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems

• Follow internal procedures, guidelines and service policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• reputed company or near-reputed company Maltese speaker

• Good reputed company of English (written and spoken)

• Strong communication and reputed company listening skills

• Customer service reputed company and interpersonal skills

• Basic MS Office knowledge

• Ability to multitask and work in a reputed company environment

• Ability to work fixed shifts (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00)

• Previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles

• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems

• Experience in international or multilingual support environments.
