As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will design and reputed company interactive Power BI dashboards, automate reporting processes, and deliver analytics that support financial planning, business performance, and reputed company initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Design, reputed company, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that support Finance and Business Insurance initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company reporting requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Build data models and reputed company DAX measures to deliver reputed company, user-friendly dashboards
• Extract, clean, validate, and reputed company data from multiple sources using SQL, Power BI, reputed company, and other reporting tools
• reputed company automated reporting solutions using reputed company macros, VBA, Python, or similar technologies
• reputed company data reputed company analysis, identify inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions to ensure reporting accuracy
• Support financial planning, trend analysis, capital expense reporting, and business performance monitoring
• Build dynamic reporting models to support agent segmentation, promotions, profitability analysis, and strategic reputed company initiatives
• Collaborate with business and implementation teams to validate results and monitor post-launch performance
• Support system enhancements, testing activities, and reporting infrastructure improvements

• Continuously improve reporting processes, dashboard usability, and data visualization standards

Requirements

• Years of experience in business intelligence, financial reporting, data analytics, or a reputed company field
• Strong experience developing dashboards using Power BI, including DAX and data modeling
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, macros, data modeling, and reputed company formulas
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write queries from scratch and manipulate large datasets
• Experience working with ODBC data connections, relational databases, and data warehouses
• Experience with VBA, Python, or other automation tools is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience validating data reputed company and troubleshooting reporting issues

• Strong customer service reputed company with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Insurance or financial services experience is a plus
