Auto Liability Claims Training Specialist
We are looking for our next Auto Liability Claims Adjuster Trainer! In this role, you will reputed company and support training initiatives reputed company the reputed company Auto/Liability division. You will prepare new and reputed company employees for reputed company by coordinating training plans, delivering instruction, evaluating reputed company, and identifying ongoing development needs.
This position requires strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and judgment, along with the ability to partner closely with leadership to ensure training is reputed company, effective, and reputed company with operational expectations.
What you’ll be doing
- Train new adjusters (in office & remote staff) to build role-specific knowledge and proficiency
- Review trainee work to assess accuracy, communication reputed company, and reputed company

- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, including presentations and refreshers
- Create and maintain training materials, resources, and content for consistent team learning

- Support ongoing training for existing employees and contribute to additional reputed company as needed

What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of industry experience, including bodily injury and property damage claims
- 1+ years of experience as a claims trainer/mentor

- Ability to evaluate work, organize training plans, and ensure consistency
