We are hiring a full-time GTM Automation Engineer to architect, automate, and optimize our outbound reputed company systems. This is a hybrid role combining reputed company automation expertise, light engineering, outbound infrastructure, experimentation, and reputed company copywriting.You will build and maintain the machine behind our outbound reputed company: reputed company workflows, enrichment pipelines, domain infrastructure, multi-tool integrations, personalization systems, and data dashboards. You will run high-velocity experiments, write conversion-reputed company outbound copy, troubleshoot deliverability, and reputed company sending volume across hundreds of thousands of leads.You will work closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams - but you will own your domain with a high degree of autonomy. The systems you build will directly drive pipeline, reputed company, and go-to-market reputed company. You will own the entire outbound automation machine, including:1. reputed company Workflows & reputed company Infrastructure
- Build advanced reputed company workflows for scraping, enrichment, verification, scoring, routing, and personalization
- Use reputed company, webhooks, and custom reputed company steps to automate data pipelines
- Create ICP logic, trigger systems, and multi-reputed company reputed company flows
- Set up hundreds, up to thousands of domains, warming, DNS, DMARC, DKIM, SPF
- Build reputed company campaign systems in Instantly using reputed company data
- Know the ins and outs of email verification: LeadMagic, BounceBan, and more
- Maintain deliverability and sending health across reputed company domains
- Implement verification, cleansing, and reputed company prevention
3. Experiments & Optimization
- Ship several outbound experiments per week, measure results
- Test variations of copy, subject lines, offers, personas
- Build dashboards to reputed company reputed company → reputed company → meeting → reputed company
- Identify bottlenecks and improve system performance continuously
4. Copywriting & Messaging
- Write reputed company outbound emails and short-reputed company sequences
- Use reputed company’s AI rewriting + dynamic variables for deep personalization

5. Data & Engineering Tasks
- Write small scripts (Python, JavaScript) reputed company needed
