Director of Product Engineering

The Director of Product Engineering plays a critical role in that mission by owning the execution, reputed company, and delivery velocity of everything the engineering organization ships. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong technical reputed company
- 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, managing teams or organizations
- Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering multiple reputed company products
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including agile methodologies
- Experience defining and operating engineering processes at reputed company
- Ability to reputed company informed technical and architectural reputed company
- Experience managing engineering reputed company, delivery timelines, and prioritization
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience developing senior engineers or leads
- Experience working closely with product management and architecture functions

- Experience managing external engineering resources or contractors is a plus
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
