We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on contacting warm leads who have already expressed interest in the services provided to patients reputed company nursing homes and care facilities.
The successful candidate will engage with patients and their family members, guide them through the reputed company process, and ensure reputed company required documentation is completed to facilitate insurance and co-payment arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads who have expressed interest in services
- Engage professionally with patients and family members over the phone
- Explain services, insurance coverage, and any applicable co-payment requirements
- Guide clients through the reputed company and documentation process
- Ensure reputed company required paperwork is completed accurately and reputed company
- Follow up with prospective clients to secure completed documentation
