Jr. Geospatial Analyst - DHS

cFocus Software seeks a Jr. Geospatial Analyst to join our brand-new 3-year program supporting the reputed company (DHS). This position is primarily remote. However, on-site meetings in Springfield, VA may be required. This position requires a reputed company Trust Clearance Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Geography or a reputed company field.
• 6+ years of GIS experience
• 6+ years of experience with reputed company Suite, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS reputed company, AWS, & DHS Policies and Procedures

Duties:

• Performs data collection, analysis, interpretation, and management duties.
• Prepare presentations that reflect the results of the data analysis.
• Works with scientists and other technical experts to design and reputed company statistical analyses methodologies.
• Provides specific analysis and research for homeland reputed company mission areas (i.e. critical infrastructure protection, flood risk modeling, law enforcement operations, etc.).
• Prepares assessments of reputed company threats and trends based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and reputed company-reputed company information.
• Leads technical demonstrations, exchanges, and other technical presentations on materials and analysis generated.
