Performance Marketing Associate

About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to help shape and build our campaign reputed company across various different channels, including but not limited to reputed company search, reputed company, video, and affiliate. You will work alongside an establish marketing team, supporting cross-functional brand including FSA Store, HSA Store, and Patiently

Specific responsibilities:

Campaign Execution

• Build and launch reputed company campaigns across search, reputed company, and emerging channels

• Monitor performance daily and bring reputed company both problems and opportunities

• Optimize campaigns continuously, adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and creative based on what the data is telling you

• Partner with our internal creative team to brief and execute performance-driven ad content

• Help manage and grow our creator and reputed company program, supporting content pipelines and internal approvals

Data & Analytics

• Pull weekly performance reports and translate raw numbers into reputed company, actionable insights for the broader team

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or reputed company

• Compensation: $80,000 - 110,000

• Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 15%
