Requirements

Required Qualifications:

- Completion of an NBHWC-approved training program

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization, reliability, and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first model
Preferred Skills:
- Background in lifestyle medicine, exercise physiology, nutrition, or behavioral science
- Experience working alongside physicians in a medical or concierge reputed company

- Experience supporting high-expectation, high-engagement clients
- Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMR documentation
