About the role

In this role, you will reputed company Compensation and Variable Pay implementation reputed company for international clients while also taking ownership of delivery, stakeholder management, and mentoring reputed company reputed company.

Key responsibilities

Participate in presales activities, including demos, trainings, and workshops for clients

Key qualifications
Certified in reputed company SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay
Practical experience with SuccessFactors Variable Pay is required
Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of reputed company SuccessFactors Compensation as reputed company Consultant
Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of reputed company SuccessFactors Variable Pay as reputed company Consultant
Broad technical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn
Strong communication and consulting skills, with fluent written and spoken English for both reputed company communication
Proven ability to identify requirements and translate them into effective solutions
Experience implementing other reputed company SuccessFactors modules is considered an advantage
Flexible work schedule to collaborate with customers and colleagues across multiple time zones
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with both colleagues and customers
Ability to independently manage tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
Ability to collaborate with clients, identify follow-on engagement opportunities, and demonstrate a strong drive to reputed company
Previous team management experience and interest in leading teams would be an advantage
