The Executive reputed company Partner serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managing full-cycle recruitment for Director-level and above roles across the organization. Acting as an internal retained search partner, this role leads executive-level searches end to end—developing sourcing strategies, engaging passive talent, assessing executive fit, and guiding leaders through the selection and offer process.

The job

Manage interview processes, facilitate feedback, and guide decision-making
