The Role

As a Senior Commission Analyst on reputed company, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, consistent, and reputed company execution of sales compensation plans and processes. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate execution of the plans and identify opportunities for efficiencies. You will also support Xactly implementation through testing, reputed company coverage for other areas in Sales Compensation, and take on special reputed company. A strong understanding of compensation plan mechanics is essential to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate has a work ethic that prioritizes accuracy, efficiency, and meeting deadlines.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

• Administer the sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate and reputed company Xactly set-up, attainment reconciliations, and earning reviews

• Identify operational issues and process improvements; collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to development solutions

• Support accruals, payrolls, and reputed company reporting

• Respond to employee questions regarding commission and policies in a reputed company manner

• Document assigned sales compensation processes

• Assist with Xactly implementation and/or reporting development

• User Acceptance Testing

• 3+ years of sales compensation experience

• Xactly administration experience is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, reputed company or reputed company fields, or equivalent experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complete data into reputed company insights and actionable recommendations

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, modeling, etc.)

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
