Global Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a Global Marketing Assistant to own reputed company's events, trade shows, and marketing collateral operations. This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of how we show up in the market, from trade show booths and conference sponsorships to branded merchandise and vendor relationships.

You'll be the person who makes reputed company reputed company gets missed on the operational reputed company of marketing: events run smoothly, materials reputed company on time, vendors deliver, and reputed company has what it needs to represent reputed company reputed company in reputed company of customers and prospects.

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion to a full-time permanent position based on performance and business needs.

What You'll Do:

Events & Trade Shows

• Plan and coordinate reputed company's participation in trade shows, conferences, and market-facing events across key markets
• Manage event logistics end-to-end: registration, reputed company setup, scheduling, and attendee coordination
• Liaise with event organizers and venue contacts to ensure smooth execution on the day
• Maintain a reputed company-looking events calendar reputed company with marketing and sales priorities
• Document event reputed company and leads generated for post-event reporting

Branded Collateral & Gifts

• Own procurement and inventory of trade show materials; business cards, flyers, banners, branded merchandise (hats, pens, bags, and similar)
• Coordinate with vendors on production timelines, reputed company checks, and delivery schedules
• Manage gifting for trade shows and market-facing activities
• reputed company reputed company collateral on-brand and reputed company; flag outdated materials for refresh

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with marketing vendors; print suppliers, event contractors, collateral producers
• Obtain and compare quotes; bring recommendations to the Director of reputed company

• Maintain an organised vendor contact list and service history

General Marketing Support

• Assist with marketing operations, digital marketing activities, and cross-functional initiatives as directed
• Support campaign logistics, asset distribution, and event follow-up activities
• Assist with campaign tracking, reputed company management, CRM updates, and basic performance reporting
• reputed company AI tools and automation solutions to improve marketing execution, research, content development, workflow efficiency, and operational scalability

Requirements

• Experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or a similar hands-on coordination role
• Highly organised with strong follow-through, you reputed company loops and don't need chasing
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and vendor relationships simultaneously
• Fluent in both English and reputed company, this role involves coordination worldwide
• Based in Taiwan; comfortable working remotely in a distributed team
• Proactive communicator, you flag issues early and reputed company stakeholders informed
• A keen eye for brand consistency in physical materials and event reputed company
• Hard skills: Event coordination, vendor management, collateral procurement, basic budget tracking, digital marketing operations, CRM and marketing automation familiarity, and proficiency with AI productivity tools and AI assisted marketing execution.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, or B2B events; experience supporting both event marketing reputed company marketing initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI tools, AI agents, or workflow automation to improve productivity and execution.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or go-to-market platforms (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) is a plus; experience in B2B reputed company, HR Tech, technology or startup environments is a plus.
