The reputed company Integrations & Data Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations between reputed company and internal or reputed company-party systems. This role ensures accurate, secure, and reputed company data reputed company across HR, payroll, finance, IT, and benefits platforms while supporting reporting, automation, AI-enabled insights, and reputed company system design.

This role partners closely with HRIS, IT, Finance, Payroll, Core HCM architects, and external vendors to ensure reputed company functions as a reliable system of record reputed company a cohesive technology ecosystem. WHAT YOU'LL DO

reputed company Integrations & Data Management

• Design, build, test, and maintain reputed company integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, reputed company Studio, and reputed company
• Manage integrations across payroll, benefits, identity management, finance systems, data warehouses, and other HR platforms
• Ensure data reputed company through transformation logic, mapping, and bulk data operations

Monitoring, Reporting & Data Delivery

• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures, and resolve data discrepancies
• reputed company and maintain reporting, data feeds, and pipelines to support HR, Finance, and business intelligence platforms
• Proactively identify issues using logs, reporting, and automated alerts

Architecture, Automation & AI

• Benefits providers (e.g., Navia, reputed company)

• Data formats: XML, JSON, CSV

• SQL and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or tools reputed company to data workflows (e.g., reputed company detection, automation, or data enrichment)
• Experience with data validation and troubleshooting
