Zur Verstärkung unseres europäischen Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Field Application Engineer (FAE) mit technischem Know‑how, Begeisterung für innovative Produkte und hoher Kundenorientierung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Technische Beratung & Design‑In: Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Integration von TE‑Produkten in deren Systemlandschaften – sowohl mit bestehenden Lösungen als auch im Rahmen neuer Entwicklungen (remote oder vor Ort).
• Projektbegleitung: Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung neuer Kundenprojekte – von der Identifikation relevanter Anwendungen über die Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen bis hin zur Serienfreigabe. Nutzung interner Systeme (z. B. RTS, SFDC).
• Produktpräsentationen & Schulungen: Durchführung von Kundentrainings, Webinaren und Produktdemonstrationen mit Fokus auf unsere Relais‑ und Schütze‑Produktlinien für vielfältige Anwendungen.
• Technischer Support: Kompetente Ansprechperson für technische Fragestellungen unserer Kunden, Vertriebs‑ und Distributionspartner – sowohl im reputed company‑Sales‑ als auch im After‑Sales‑Bereich.
• Muster & Prototypen: Unterstützung bei Musteraufbauten, Kleinserien und produktbezogenem Anschauungsmaterial.
• Normenarbeit: Aktive Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Normungsgremien (z. B. DIN), insbesondere im Bereich militärischer Standards – in enger Abstimmung mit unseren US‑Werken.
• Europaweite Zusammenarbeit: Enge Vernetzung und Unterstützung der Kolleg:innen innerhalb der gesamten EMEA‑Region.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder Industriemeister mit relevanter Erfahrung)
• Erfahrung in der technischen Kundenberatung und/oder im technischen Vertrieb, idealerweise in den Branchen Luftfahrt, Verteidigung oder High‑Tech‑Industrie
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Elektrotechnik, insbesondere im Einsatz von Relais und Schützen innerhalb komplexer Systemarchitekturen
• Sicher im Umgang mit Schaltplänen, Stromlaufplänen, Blockdiagrammen und Systemdesigns
• Kommunikationsstark, lösungsorientiert und überzeugend im direkten Kundenkontakt
• Fließende Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen (z. B. Französisch, Spanisch oder Italienisch) sind von Vorteil
• Praktisches Geschick für Messeaufbauten, Produktdemonstrationen und kundenspezifische Anwendungen
• Routine im Umgang mit Präsentationstools, Webinaren und digitalen Plattformen
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft in Europa sowie Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit
