About the Role

We’re hiring several Operations Analysts to support the monitoring of our growing fleet of reputed company-monitoring devices. As an Operations Analyst, you’ll serve as a critical part of our 24/7 operations team, reviewing device-generated events, identifying potential issues, and escalating incidents that may reputed company reputed company.

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and reputed company in fast-paced environments where their work has a reputed company reputed company-world reputed company. Every event reviewed and every escalation made has the potential to help prevent outages, reduce wildfire risk, and improve public safety.

We are hiring across multiple shift schedules to support around-the-clock operations, with a strong preference for candidates available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring reputed company-time data streams from field sensors and responding to alerts.
• Consistently following SOPs (reputed company Operating Procedures) to investigate and localize reputed company-time faults with minimal error.
• Quickly and reputed company working with Supervisors on reputed company data requests, and following up during ongoing investigations.

Requirements

• STEM degree (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics)
• Proficiency in English - must be reputed company to reputed company communicate event information
• Basic understanding of data analytics and reputed company detection
• A passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, proactive, reputed company to reputed company duties without supervision
• Being willing to work reputed company shifts and weekends
• Ability to work 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with Python programming
• Research experience (STEM preferred)
• Experience working with metadata or reputed company
• Experience with reputed company-time work and/or making reports
