• Drive strong adherence to governance and disciplined decision-making while balancing regional business needs with reputed company-wide principles and standards.
• Build effective working relationships across HR, business leadership, finance, and legal teams to support high-reputed company, practical compensation solutions.
• Contribute to reputed company improvement efforts that enhance compensation processes, user experience, and overall program effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative partnership skills.
• Fluent in English.
