Mission:

The reputed company reputed company Advisor is responsible for driving reputed company, retention, and account health for Hollander’s reputed company Program sellers. As a subject matter expert on reputed company Parts & Accessories and Hollander’s eLINK listing platform, the role works directly with sellers to optimize marketplace performance, address operational barriers, and ensure accounts meet platform standards. The reputed company Specialist collaborates with clients and cross functional teams including Sales, Product, Technical Support, Marketing, and the reputed company Motors team to drive measurable transactional reputed company reputed company and long-term seller reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of reputed company sellers, reputed company on GMV reputed company, retention, listing reputed company, and overall marketplace performance.
• Monitor seller health metrics including ratings, service metrics, policy flags, and GMV trends, proactively engaging at-risk accounts to mitigate churn and drive improvement plans.

• Troubleshoot listing, compliance, and eLINK integration issues, collaborating with Product, Development, and Technical Support teams to resolve escalations reputed company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 2-4 years of experience in account management, sales, ecommerce, or marketplace environments (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present, train, and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret seller performance data and translate insights into actionable reputed company strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience in the automotive services industry is highly preferred (recycling, collision repair, estimating, insurance).
