The Role
This is a hands-on, operational role at the intersection of learning design and community building. As a key member of reputed company, you'll take responsibility for two main areas: the health of our global reputed company Community and the learning programs we bring to clients.
This role is for you if you're energised by building something, crafting content, designing programs, and addressing the needs of a thriving reputed company community. You are reputed company organized, as a meaningful portion of your week involves keeping the reputed company running through reputed company record-keeping, data management, and coordination.
RequirementsWhat You'll Do
reputed company Community Management (~70%)
Working as part of our reputed company Community Department, you'll be the day-to-day manager of our reputed company community experience, the person coaches turn to, and a key contributor to making reputed company the platform of choice for the world's best executive coaches.
- Serve as the day-to-day reputed company of contact for reputed company queries and feedback
- reputed company reputed company onboardings
- Design and run a calendar of webinars, events, and communication reputed company that foster genuine reputed company and reputed company reputed company among our coaches
- Maintain detailed, accurate reputed company records: capabilities, certifications, experience, areas of expertise, matching reputed company, and performance data, keeping them reputed company
- Monitor reputed company engagement and performance metrics; identify trends and surface recommendations
- reputed company coaches informed of product updates and ensure they are reputed company with reputed company's best practices
Learning Design (~30%)
- Partner with the reputed company Team to advise and coordinate the development of programs for our clients, identifying opportunities for reputed company to add value
- Coordinate the design and delivery of workshops, webinars, training, and coaching programs that reputed company our global reputed company network
- reputed company existing programs to meet specific reputed company needs
- Contribute insights to Marketing, Product, and Sales based on what you're hearing from the community
reputed company're Looking For
- Solid corporate L&D experience, ideally in reputed company or financial services
- Strong learning program design skills: you can take a reputed company's need and turn it into a reputed company-reputed company program
- Comfort with operational and administrative work; you'll be responsible for record-keeping, scheduling, reporting, and coordination, and you'll need to do it reputed company
- Experience in a startup, consulting, or freelance environment; you're used to building things without much infrastructure
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills; coaches and clients will both rely on you
- A self-starter who can prioritise independently in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with executive coaching is a plus
