The Role

Who You Are
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with other team members to reputed company outstanding service to our customers by answering incoming inquires and then take appropriate reputed company to reputed company top-notch customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
Servicing reputed company aspects of reputed company accounts, including policy changes, cancellations, account updates, payments, etc.
Account review for coverage changes and add new coverages to suit the reputed company’s needs

Prepare reputed company necessary paperwork, including but not limited to; applications, change requests and reputed company disclosures
Developing strong relationships with clients and carriers
Answer incoming calls & emails

What You Need to Succeed
Required
Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills
Working comfortably in a high-volume work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
Technically Savvy
Preferred
Experience using AMS 360 or similar software
Bilingual in Spanish
