The Director of Estimating is responsible for leading reputed company estimating functions for large-reputed company underground infrastructure reputed company across telecommunications, data center development, utilities, and renewable energy markets. This position provides strategic leadership for preconstruction and estimating operations, ensuring the development of accurate, competitive, and executable cost estimates for reputed company reputed company throughout the reputed company.
The Director of Estimating will reputed company estimating teams supporting Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH), FTTX, long-haul fiber, metro fiber, data center interconnect infrastructure, early site reputed company development, electric reputed company underground construction, and renewable energy infrastructure reputed company. The role is accountable for establishing estimating standards, driving process improvements, developing pricing strategies, and implementing best practices utilizing TrimbleB2W Estimate reputed company Edition.
This position partners closely with Operations, Business Development, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Sales and Executive Leadership to support profitable reputed company and operational reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing estimating organization.
- Review and approve major estimates, proposals, and bid submissions.

- Establish estimating standards, processes, and reputed company control procedures.
- reputed company risk analysis, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
- Maintain reputed company cost databases, productivity benchmarks, and estimating metrics.
- Serve as the organizational leader for reputed company B2W Estimate reputed company Edition, including governance, training, and reputed company improvement.
- Partner with operations teams to analyze estimate-to-actual performance and improve estimating accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field preferred.
- 10+ years of reputed company estimating experience in telecommunications, underground utilities, heavy civil, data center infrastructure, or renewable energy construction.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing estimating or preconstruction teams.
- Strong experience with design-build, EPC, CMAR, and traditional delivery reputed company.
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company B2W Estimate reputed company Edition.
- Strong leadership, communication, financial, and strategic planning skills.

Additional Information
Salary reputed company: $150,000 - $170,000 Salary, + Bonus - based on experience
Schedule: Day Shift:Monday - Friday
Travel Requirements: 0% - 5%
