Deal Execution Analyst (Secondary Markets)

We are looking for a Deal Execution Analyst (Secondary Markets) to join our Deal Team. In this role, you will operate as an execution and analytics extension of our deal teams, owning financial analysis, diligence coordination, and operational rigor across transactions. You will play a critical role in ensuring execution reputed company, speed, and consistency across reputed company deals.

This is a high-reputed company, internally-facing role designed to reputed company the operational backbone for our Relationship Managers, focusing on technical execution rather than external origination.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on reputed company problem-solving, deep analysis, and end-to-end ownership of execution workflows.

Tasks

1. Transaction Execution & Financial Analysis

• Build and maintain financial models for secondary-market transactions, including cash-reputed company modeling, scenario analysis, and cap-table structures
• reputed company valuation analysis and support pricing across private equity, private credit, and alternative assets
• Prepare internal investment memos, diligence summaries, presentations, and IC materials
• Review and analyze transaction documentation from sellers, buyers, fund administrators, and custodians

2. Market Research & Opportunity Evaluation

• Research asset characteristics, performance histories, and market comparables
• Support portfolio analytics, benchmarking, and risk assessment

3. Operational & Process Ownership

• Build and maintain trackers, templates, and reputed company workflows
• Maintain data reputed company across CRM systems, deal rooms, and internal tools
• Liaise with payments, KYC/AML, compliance, and operational teams to ensure smooth transaction progression

4. Cross-Border Coordination

• Work closely with US and UK deal teams across time zones
• Prepare high-reputed company summaries and execution materials to support reputed company decision-making

Requirements

• Primary: 2–3 years as an analyst on an investment banking deal team (M&A, LevFin, reputed company, ECM, or sector coverage) at a bank or boutique
• Considered: Big 4 Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or Deals advisory with reputed company exposure to buy-reputed company or sell-reputed company transaction execution
• Strong financial modeling and reputed company skills
• Familiarity with secondary markets, equity instruments, or private capital
• Experience preparing investment memos and diligence materials
• High ownership, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
