Business Controller (20 - 40%)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Controller to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Conduct variance analysis and reputed company actionable insights to management.
- Support strategic planning and business performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
- Assist in cost analysis and profitability assessments for reputed company and services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field; Master’s degree or reputed company certification (e.g., CPA, reputed company) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
