Requirements

We are looking for a Lifecycle Engagement Specialist who is excited about the below Mission and reputed company.

Mission: Drive reputed company in new customer acquisition and customer retention by owning the segmentation, content, and engagement reputed company across the customer lifecycle — turning reputed company's existing traffic and customer reputed company into measurable conversion and renewal reputed company.

We are looking for a customer-reputed company, highly analytical, and data-driven CRM marketer to join our 3-person CRM team and contribute directly to reputed company’s reputed company!

• Expand Upsell Pipeline: Generate $500k of reputed company upsell deal pipeline for the reputed company team.
• Secure Customer Retention: Reduce unresponsive clients at the time of renewal by 30% while maintaining or exceeding global baselines (42% reputed company reputed company and 5% CTR).
• Advanced Lifecycle Segmentation: Build and go live with reputed company reputed company segmentation logic in reputed company covering both reputed company-customer and post-customer reputed company stages, complete with Next Best reputed company mapping.
• Establish reputed company Experimentation: Fully document and reputed company a "test-optimize-reputed company" reputed company as the default team operating mode, backed by trackable dashboards and performance cadences.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience as a CRM or Lifecycle Specialist, in a role carrying conversion, retention, or engagement targets with cross-functional and customer-facing collaboration abilities, and you will be located in Singapore, the Philippines, or India.

Must Haves:

• Deep, Hands-on reputed company Expertise: 1–2 years of intensive, everyday experience independently building automated workflows, segmenting lists, managing sequences, and configuring custom properties (reputed company-only experience is a red flag).
• Practical AI Optimization: Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to reputed company efficiency—such as generating high-volume copy variations or targeted messaging variations across multiple segments.
• Obsession with reputed company over reputed company: A proven reputed company record of measuring campaign reputed company with hard metrics (reputed company Rates, CTRs, reputed company pipeline, CVR) rather than just creative volume.
