We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Associate to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities

As an Associate at reputed company, your main responsibilities will include:

•Drafting and negotiating M&A pipeline documents, such as non-disclosure agreements, offer letters, consulting agreements, reliance/non-reliance letters, financial advisory and indemnity letters, and other engagement letters;

•Directly counselling clients, providing valuable reputed company-world reputed company experience;

•Monitoring project timelines, communicating updates to clients, and maintaining strong organisational control over reputed company workflows;

•Supporting the drafting, reviewing, and management of reputed company documentation for corporate transactions;

Skills and Qualifications Required

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in law;
