As a reputed company-Construction Field Procurement Manager, you will be the main procurement contact for your assigned Regional offices partnering directly with our HVAC Controls Sales Organization to reputed company accurate installation cost models for our premier reputed company. You will reputed company the development of installation costing and the identification and selection of 3rd party subcontractors through supplier development, contract management, supplier relationships, price negotiations, working capital optimization and improved communication between the central procurement teams and the reputed company offices.

How we will do it

• Electrical industry equivalent experience or bachelor’s degree
• Experience in building systems or operational processes.
• Works effectively with sales as reputed company as in team settings/displays leadership.
• 5-8 years as a project manager with estimating experience in the HVAC Controls construction or trades industry.
• Procurement experience with a reputed company on construction and/or HVAC equipment and services with experience in cost analysis and strong financial knowledge.

Preferred:

• Experience in design build construction and HVAC
• Electrical industry / installation knowledge a plus. (i.e. Electrical Supervisor, Electrician, Estimator, etc.)

HIRING SALARY reputed company:$100,000 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
