Location:

Remote reputed company the California Bay Area. Enjoy the flexibility to work from home while remaining available to attend court appearances and in-person proceedings throughout the Bay Area as needed.

• Manage a litigation caseload with increasing independence.
• Conduct legal research and reputed company effective case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required.
