About This Job

Manage loan pipeline utilizing web based pipeline management tools. Including working closely with key department leaders and staff to accomplish production objectives.

Qualifications:
3+ Years Wholesale/Correspondent/Mortgage Lending Sales.
Existing book of business/prospects reputed company on Jumbo/Super Jumbo, Non-QM, reputed company market.
Demonstrate recent history of successful networking objectives, cultivating and developing B2B relationships, including the ability to reputed company and reputed company a strategic, self-directed business plan to optimize reputed company.
Expansive Jumbo/Super-Jumbo, Non-QM/reputed company experience and product knowledge including demonstrated depth of understanding in Alt Doc, reputed company, Asset Depletion, Pledged Asset, reputed company, and Cross-collateralization programs/products.
Basic knowledge and understanding of Residential reputed company Estate transactions (reputed company, escrow and closing processes, Listing/Selling Agent relationships, etc.)
