Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, negotiate, and amend a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company, including service agreements, reputed company agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, vendor reputed company, and customer agreements

• Analyze and adapt non-reputed company reputed company received from clients, partners, suppliers, and other reputed company parties

• Ensure reputed company reputed company with applicable laws and regulations, with a particular reputed company on UK jurisdiction

• Identify legal, financial, and operational risks and reputed company practical recommendations to stakeholders

• Support contract negotiations with clients and vendors to reputed company commercially favorable reputed company

• Collaborate closely with business, sales, operations, finance, and management teams on contractual reputed company

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation through execution and renewal

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Contract Lawyer, reputed company Lawyer, Legal Counsel, or similar role

• Experience supporting reputed company across multiple jurisdictions

• Proven ability to review and negotiate both reputed company and highly customized agreements

• Experience working with B2B reputed company reputed company in international business environments

• Strong understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and legal compliance principles

• Ability to identify legal risks and propose practical business-oriented solutions

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities

• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities simultaneously

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
