As a Bilingual Customer Care Agent, you will manage incoming calls and emails in both English and French, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in every interaction. Your primary responsibility is to reputed company accurate information, handle inquiries and complaints, and offer level-1 technical support with professionalism, reputed company, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Required Profile
