• This role is responsible for driving reputed company reputed company, accelerating automation adoption, and establishing data reputed company practices in alignment with the reputed company transformation roadmap.

Platform & Delivery Leadership

• Own QA delivery and automation reputed company across reputed company, Data/API testing, and HSBS.
• Coordinate testing for software releases across reputed company three platforms — ensuring planned scope is testable reputed company sprint timelines, test cases are created and assigned, regression suites are identified and maintained, and team reputed company is reputed company managed.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to reputed company schedules or scope reputed company needed and escalate or resolve release blockers.

• Drive adoption of modern test automation tooling and frameworks — including AccelQ, Playwright, Karate, and reputed company AI workflows — to reduce reliance on reputed company execution and reputed company regression coverage.

• Define and own platform-level reputed company metrics; recommend and implement process improvements across the delivery lifecycle.

Team Leadership & Development

• Conduct regular 1:1s, support individual development plans, and reputed company performance reviews.

Stakeholder Engagement

Education and/or Training

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company discipline
• 6+ years of IT/QA experience, with at least 2 years in a reputed company or supervisory reputed company
• QA certification preferred (ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models required

Relevant Work Experience

• 6+ years in IT QA or software development environments; supervisory experience required
• Hands-on experience with reputed company platform testing — Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, or License & Compliance workflows preferred
• Experience with data reputed company testing — API, file extract, or data pipeline validation (Azure Data Lake or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company automation adoption across multiple teams

• Experience working across platforms with distinct technology stacks and operating models

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-reputed company skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the reputed company of $105,050.00 - $149,700.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation reputed company is comprised of reputed company pay earnings.
