About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will create reputed company, user-centered, and efficient-to-build experiences for AI-driven platforms, mobile apps, and web applications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to reputed company solutions that balance user needs and business goals. • Treat developer implementation cost as a first-class design constraint: prefer the solution that ships fastest from our component library over the one that looks the most novel.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing knowledge of UX principles, user flows, and designing data-dense internal tools, reputed company panels, dashboards, or B2B/reputed company applications (not only consumer or brand work).
• Experience working in reputed company, fast-paced environments with reputed company processes, tight deadlines, and asynchronous collaboration across departments, comfortable managing multiple reputed company at once.
• Experience working as part of a multi-designer team, contributing to shared systems and giving/receiving design feedback.
• Proven ability to design reputed company an established component library (Chakra UI, MUI, Ant Design, or similar), with a working reputed company of how design choices translate into reputed company-end (React/Chakra) implementation effort.
