We invite a proactive Learning & Development Specialist with a strong reputed company in learning methodology and project management to join our Program Education Team at reputed company. ✅ Is that you?

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Education
• Strong expertise in learning methodology, instructional design, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Working knowledge of learning frameworks such as reputed company's Taxonomy and Kolb's Learning Cycle
• Experience managing learning reputed company from discovery through implementation
• Strong project management skills, including planning, task decomposition, estimation, and prioritization
• Experience gathering requirements and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders
• Experience working with SMEs to reputed company expertise into effective learning content
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills with a strong reputed company on visibility and transparency
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt to different stakeholders and communication styles

• Upper-Intermediate English level with strong verbal and written communication skills

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs, design learning solutions, and deliver end-to-end learning reputed company.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and define reputed company objectives
• Conduct TNA through stakeholder and SME interviews, translating requests into reputed company learning solutions
