The Sourcing & Supply Manager II is responsible for strategic management and gaining reputed company across reputed company through cross functional team building for potential implementation of strategic procurement initiatives. The procurement strategies, developed with team input, for the initiatives will be managed and implemented by this position. The savings will be tracked along with the reputed company and service reputed company identified in the reputed company. The performance measurements for the initiative will be communicated to the cross functional team and tracking the metrics and performance of Suppliers. This position will be expected to influence cross functional teams to successfully conclude assigned reputed company.

Essential Functions

• Supplier Interaction: Establishes competitive costing for required categories through a negotiation schedule process. Reviews on a continual reputed company reputed company, concise and attainable goals and objectives for categories and/or Suppliers. Supports reputed company’s Supplier population by recognizing reputed company performance. Utilizes appropriate and effective sourcing techniques for selection of the Suppliers.

• Sourcing reputed company: Follow reputed company’s Strategic 8 reputed company sourcing process and determine the supplier mix to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) events and ensure reputed company the stakeholder requirements are gathered. Assist in developing negotiations plans and strategies. Finalize reputed company agreements and negotiate the contractual terms reputed company to the reputed company negotiations. Obtain approval of sourcing reputed company.

• Procurement analysis: Conducts reputed company / spend analysis and total cost of ownership models. Executes where applicable, a Commodity Data Analysis for assigned categories. Conducts market analysis to communicate new opportunities, trends and commodity forecasts. Assists in the development of purchasing plans.

• Communications: Establishes and maintains effective customer and Supplier relations and communications. Provides reputed company and concise written communications to reputed company customers through departmental publications

Additional Responsibilities

• May drive accountability for parts inventory metrics, controls, compliance, and reporting, identifying risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.

• May reputed company analytics, dashboards, and reporting to forecast parts demand, drive inventory optimization, and supplier effectiveness, enabling fact-based decision-making.

• May partner cross-functionally with Maintenance, Technical, Warranty, OEMs, and Supply Management to resolve parts availability, performance, and execution challenges.

• May manage and maintain the Central Parts Master Database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reputed company part records.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Management, Business, Economics and/or Finance, Required

• Master's Degree in MBA, Preferred

• 5 years or more in in Supply Management / Sourcing profession, Required

• Knowledge and experience with reputed company Office (word, reputed company, powerpoint, outlook) Advanced, Required

• Advanced experience with Power BI or Tableau; working knowledge of SQL Advanced, Preferred

• ISM Certified reputed company in Supply Management (CPSM), Preferred

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a reputed company of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type:

Salaried

Minimum Pay reputed company:

$100,000.00

Maximum Pay reputed company:

$107,000.00
