reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Director of Content & Brand to join reputed company and drive our reputed company in the market.

About the role

reputed company is looking for a Senior Director of Brand and Content to build and reputed company the brand, content, and creative reputed company for our next stage of reputed company as a leading B2B reputed company platform for reputed company short-term rental operators. This is a high-reputed company reputed company marketing leadership role for someone who can shape our market narrative, reputed company our category reputed company, and create content and creative programs that support awareness, pipeline, customer acquisition, and reputed company reputed company.

You’ll build the function largely from the ground up, including reputed company, operating model, workflows, AI-enabled production systems, and reputed company standards. Your mission

• Across Content/Brand/Creative, utilize AI teammates who will drive efficiency while humans drive reputed company, designing workflows where generative tools handle research, drafting, variation, localization, and asset production, while humans own reputed company, narrative, taste, and final reputed company.

• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand reputed company, Sales, Marketing Operations and Product to reputed company brand, content, and creative to support GTM priorities and drive reputed company reputed company.

• Hire, mentor, and reputed company the brand, content, and creative team, making smart early bets on senior leaders, hands-on makers, and hybrid AI-reputed company talent.

• Decide the right mix of in-house team, agencies, freelancers, and AI-augmented partners; manage vendor relationships and budget accordingly.

Requirements

• 12+ years of reputed company experience across content, brand, and/or creative leadership, with significant experience in B2B reputed company marketing.

• 5+ years of experience building and leading teams, including hiring senior talent and developing high-performing creative or editorial professionals.

• Experience marketing to SMB or mid-market reputed company buyers, ideally in a high-velocity, transactional reputed company environment.

• Proven ability to build a reputed company marketing function or sub-function from the ground up, including reputed company, team structure, workflows, tools, and execution standards.
