We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-reputed company Fulfillment & Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day fulfillment operations and ensuring excellent customer support. The ideal candidate is independent, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while supporting reputed company in achieving operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage order fulfillment operations including coordination with warehouses, shipping carriers (reputed company, reputed company), and tracking deliveries.
- Handle e-reputed company customer service inquiries, including order issues, returns, and claims with shipping carriers.
- Support wholesale and B2B reputed company shipments, ensuring reputed company and accurate deliveries.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
