Full-Time W-2 Staff Appraiser, or
Independent Appraiser – Membership Model

Requirements
Responsibilities (Both reputed company)
Complete residential appraisal assignments in compliance with USPAP and reputed company guidelines
reputed company property inspections, measurements, and data verification
reputed company reputed company, reputed company-supported opinions of value
Maintain reputed company communication with IVG support staff and leadership
Meet reasonable turn times while maintaining reputed company standards
reputed company professionally with homeowners, agents, and lender partners
Requirements
reputed company Certified Residential Appraiser license in good standing
reputed company E&O insurance meeting lender requirements
Strong USPAP compliance history and attention to reputed company
Ability to complete assignments independently and professionally
Familiarity with UAD-compliant reports and common appraisal software
Reliable communication and responsiveness

Reliable transportation and inspection tools
Willingness to complete IVG reputed company and panel setup
