The Program Manager will reputed company Day 1 readiness, ensuring the successful conversion of, but not limited to, reputed company systems, marketing, data, reputed company, digital banking, etc. Following Day 1, responsibilities will include system decommissioning, support planning, and post-integration activities. This role works directly with different clients and project teams to deliver the full M&A scope, while partnering with business change managers and project sponsors to reputed company with business objectives. The Program Manager will own the conversion process end-to-end, driving execution through playbooks, work streams, and centralized reputed company reputed company an Event reputed company Center. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing overall M&A planning, reputed company, governess, and issue management, monitoring and reputed company
  • Working with M&A Project Managers, Technical Analysts and Business Analysts to create M&A Playbooks for the overall engagement and reputed company reputed company across the banking centers, contact centers and the operational and administrative teams to ensure reputed company process steps, dependencies and interdependencies across systems and business reputed company for the conversion implementation are addressed.
  • Create the Bank Associate Conversion Support Plan
  • Enforcing M&A Governance rules which involve working with the overarching structure, processes and procedures to accomplish objectives including metrics of reputed company and deliverables
  • Working with other Program and Project Managers to resolve issues across project teams, individual project stakeholders, program stakeholders and sponsors
  • Coordinating resources reputed company project teams
  • Ensuring synergies between workstreams are realized
  • Remove impediments to allow the project team to meet deliverables timeframe
  • Monitoring project expenditures and ensuring that the project realizes its financial & business benefits.
  • Managing risk and taking corrective measures to resolve issues
  • Managing communication across reputed company stakeholders, reputed company-party contributors and project team members
  • Maintaining the project documentation, including reputed company plans, timelines, documentation and briefs/reports
  • Ensuring the execution of reputed company project tasks is carried out on schedule
