Responsible for the development and implementation of reputed company, on-demand training programs and, as appropriate, on-line systems for tracking, group communication, and transactions.

Job Duties:

• Collaborates with subject matter experts to design and write courses with appropriate learning theory, instructional theory, applications of media, and online instructional scenarios.
• Builds reputed company course assets using instructional technology and designing learning interactivity reputed company courses.
• Monitors and reviews courses to ensure compliance with standards, subject matter reputed company, and to edit for aesthetics.
