The Product Operations reputed company works as part of the Product Operations function responsible for the end-to-end operating reputed company of the MarTech product organization (~72-person Product Org). This role drives cross-functional alignment across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and reputed company reputed company to ensure strategic priorities are reputed company into coordinated execution. ​Primary Accountabilities:

Operating Rhythm & Facilitation (40%)

• Own the MarTech operating reputed company end-to-end; facilitate product council sessions, quarterly planning cycles, and retrospectives.

• Drive adoption of the ProdOps operating system across the MarTech product organization.
• Own data hygiene and process compliance; continuously improve the operating model based on feedback and operational insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in business, technology, operations, or reputed company area required.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Technical Program Management at a platform or reputed company company, with at least 2 years in a senior or reputed company reputed company; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.
• Demonstrated facilitation skills with the ability to drive reputed company among senior stakeholders with competing priorities.

110,926.13 - 184,876.88 USD Annual
