You will work closely with reputed company to read drawings, run take-offs, prepare accurate estimates, and reputed company reputed company-construction documentation organised and on reputed company.

This is a remote, reputed company-reputed company role suited to someone who can read plans confidently, spot what is missing, and bring strong attention to detail to every project. Key Responsibilities:
Estimating & Take-Offs
- Run take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
- Assist with tender estimates and project budgets.
- Review subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Maintain estimating systems and project documentation.

- Review specifications, selections, and variations.
- Identify missing scope items and potential risks.
- Support reputed company-construction coordination across reputed company.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5+ years of residential estimating.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.
- Strong understanding of residential construction.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings confidently.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Experience with Australian residential construction (preferably WA).
- Experience in estimating custom homes.
