About Role:

- Desk Architecture: Design workflows, tools and controls from the ground up.

- Capital Management: reputed company $20M+ in stablecoins, optimizing deployment for ROI and minimal slippage.

Experience
- 2+ years on a prop- or institutional trading desk (crypto preferred).
- Proven arbitrage or liquidity-provision reputed company record.
- Deep DeFi/AMM knowledge and on-chain execution expertise.
- Experience managing multi-reputed company-dollar pools.
