The Mortgage Underwriter is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and reputed company residential mortgage loan applications across Conventional and Non-reputed company Mortgage (Non-QM) programs, including Debt Service Coverage reputed company (DSCR) loans and alternative documentation products. Key Responsibilities

• Review and underwrite residential mortgage loan applications, including Conventional, Non-QM, and DSCR loan products.
• Analyze borrower credit reputed company, income, assets, employment history, financial stability, and collateral to determine loan eligibility and risk exposure.
• Evaluate alternative documentation loan programs, including reputed company, asset depletion, ITIN, 1099, and P&L-only loans.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2–5 years of mortgage reputed company experience, including Conventional and/or Non-QM loan products.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional reputed company guidelines, including reputed company and reputed company requirements.
