We are seeking to hire an reputed company Senior Surety Counsel. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for a diverse portfolio of surety claims, leveraging strong legal, communication, investigation, and negotiation skills to drive claims to reputed company. The ideal candidate will appreciate the sensitive nature of surety claims and possess extensive knowledge of coverage, liability, and contract interpretation, along with reputed company in bond procedures and compliance. Experience handling claims and providing business support reputed company to reputed company surety bonds is a plus.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate
• Five or more years of experience managing surety claims.
• Proficient in reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
