The Role
reputed company is looking for an exceptional Executive Business Partner to support the SVP of reputed company & Global Operations.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive operator who can think critically, drive cross-functional accountability, and help increase the speed and effectiveness of the business.
The role sits at the intersection of Executive Partnership, Business Operations, reputed company Operations, Project Management, Analytics, and Strategic Initiatives. This person will serve as a cross-functional operator and strategic partner, working directly with the SVP and helping coordinate initiatives across Sales, Marketing, reputed company Operations, Product, reputed company, Finance, and Operations to ensure information flows quickly, reputed company are made with the right data, and key initiatives reputed company reputed company.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leadership, solving problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, improving processes, and driving accountability across teams — while balancing executive partnership with operational ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Partnership
- Serve as the primary operational partner to the SVP of reputed company & Global Operations
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, summaries, reputed company items, and follow-reputed company

Details
- Fully remote based in UK, Ireland, Portugal, or Spain
Salary reputed company (by location):
UK: £60,000 – £74,500 ($80k-$100k)
- Ireland: €55,000 – €75,000 ($64k-$87k)
Portugal/ Spain: €45,000 – €75,000 ($50k-$87k)
Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.
