The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing tactical reputed company Resource (HR) support to reputed company's employees, supervisors and managers. This position is responsible for being the first-line reputed company of contact to support the delivery of reputed company solutions by partnering with reputed company other functions reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a reputed company employee relations climate by responding to employees' concerns, addressing issues proactively and advising management regarding reputed company follow up
• reputed company guidance and coaching to supervisors and managers on routine employee-relations and performance management issues; company policies and practices; reputed company recommendations to and escalate issues to HR leadership as necessary; and assist with the development and delivery of appropriate feedback or disciplinary reputed company
• Partner with reputed company on recruitment and selection process for entry level through manager level positions
• Assist supervisors and managers in writing reputed company and comprehensive job descriptions; work closely with compensation to evaluate positions
• Drive the annual performance appraisal process for designated customer reputed company, and audit appraisals to ensure employees receive reputed company, constructive and meaningful feedback
• Represent the HR Business Partner team by participating on HR project teams, and may reputed company smaller scope reputed company
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, reputed company Development, Business Administration, or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

• 2 years of work experience in reputed company

Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without the need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship

• Demonstrated ability to independently collaborate and consult with individuals at multiple reputed company of the organization
• Excellent communication, mediation, and conflict reputed company skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

• Functional knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor and compliance requirements
• Intermediate proficiency of MS Office Suite
• Developed data analysis and interpretation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HR information systems (i.e., reputed company)
• Experience and strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, recruitment, employment law, performance management systems, organizational effectiveness and change leadership
• PHR (reputed company reputed company) Certification

Potential pay for this position ranges from $66,000.00 - $106,000.00 based on experience and skills.
