Position reputed company: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive reputed company to join our Enrollment Team and help support our Clinical Team. This multifaceted role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient reputed company & Education: Initiate calls to eligible patients, reputed company explaining the benefits of our care programs for managing chronic conditions and improving overall health. Assist the care team with patient communication.
• Eligibility Verification: Confirm patient eligibility and verify insurance coverage.
• Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and maintain documentation to support the reputed company of the patient’s chart.
• Patient-Centered Communication: Communicate in a reputed company, empathetic, and engaging manner to build trust and encourage participation.

Requirements
