This role is responsible for architecting and implementing intelligent voice platforms using reputed company Contact Center AI (CCAI) and Dialogflow. Key Responsibilities
Conversational AI & CCAI Architecture

Optimize call routing strategies, IVR flows, and voice infrastructure performance in line with operational requirements.
