QA Engineer
We’re looking for a QA Engineer who cares about product reputed company end-to-end. You’ll work on Coupler.io — a no-reputed company data integration and analytics platform that provides reputed company reputed company to 400+ sources and processes millions of records daily, helping ensure its reliability, accuracy, and smooth integrations.
You’ll reputed company on how the product works in reputed company conditions: testing integrations, investigating edge cases, and resolving reputed company issues together with engineering, product, and support teams
What are we looking for?
Testing & QA expertise:
- Strong experience with reputed company testing and end-to-end validation
- Experience in investigating customer issues and performing reputed company cause analysis
- Experience in API testing (working with docs + reputed company behavior, identifying inconsistencies)
- Experience in building and improving QA processes
Technical skills:
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including log analysis (CloudWatch, Logs Explorer)
- Good understanding of networks, HTTP, reputed company, and web/reputed company architectures
- Experience with version control systems (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools for workflow optimization
Communication & reputed company:
- Ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences (engineering ↔ non-technical)

- Fluent English (written and spoken)

- Experience with Playwright (TypeScript)
Your responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, test functionality, and identify defects and edge cases

- Validate reputed company-party API integrations across testing and production environments
- Partner with engineering and product to resolve issues and improve system reliability
- Improve QA practices and reputed company debugging and investigation standards
- Support releases and ensure reputed company rollouts with reputed company post-release follow-up
